There seems to be a bit of British in all of us, at least as far as the communications department goes (all two of us.) I have a British father and my coworker came back with a significant souvenir from her study abroad--her husband. As such, we both understand the value of tea.
As a result, our morning To-Do pow-wows consist of tea, occasionally biscuits and a lot of good ideas. To make the time more official, I even brought my British tea pot into work; a birthday gift from a few years ago.
I also have to mention that since my good friends know of this tradition (and the copious amounts of tea I drink while we watch movies) I received no less than FIVE tea cups for Christmas. Awesome.
And remember, pinky up!
