My brother invited me to go to the Bahamas with his family for Labor Day weekend. Let's just say, as soon as I saw the price of the ticket, I was sold. I met them at the Atlantis on Saturday morning and straight away hit the slides with my nephews while the girlies had naps.

Top Moments of the Trip

10. Getting a tour of the island, including a new grocery store, couples only hotels and the home of Bob Marley

9.    the anticipation of the "biggest dessert ever", but the restaurant was closed each night.

8.    Conch fitters (waaaah?)

7.    Watching the ginormous manta rays in The Dig

6.     Seeing little Sloane prefer to sleep on the floor in a closet than in a bed

5.     The Atlantis slide, mostly going through a shark tank as you plunge to the bottom

4.      Playing on  "private beach' with the kiddos

3.       Watching Despicable Me with the boys on the flight home

2.       Bartering with the kiddos for cheap bracelets, necklaces and cool wooden carvings
